Each soft gel capsule contains
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)	1.5 mg
Evening Primrose Oil	1 g
Equiv. Gamma-Linolenic acid	100 mg
Folic acid	85 microgram
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)	2.5 mg
Equiv. Pyridoxine	2 mg

Indications

Zifam Era-DN contains ingredients that support nervous system health and function. It also assists in healthy red blood cell production and metabolism of carbohydrates, fats or protein.

Direction for use (Adults):

To support nervous system health and function: Take one to two capsules a day with water after a meal or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

To assist in healthy red blood cell production and metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and protein: Take one capsule two to three times a day with water after a meal or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use if blister seal is broken.

Vitamin supplement should not replace a balanced diet.

Taking high doses of vitamin B6 for a long period could be dangerous.

Contains sulfites and soyabean products.

Presentation:
